While performing at his Seven Peaks Festival in Colorado over the weekend, Dierks Bentley and Luke Bryan were swapping fish stories on stage. Dierks bragged about the fish he caught in the river. One of the fans decided to call him out and contacted the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Agency. Since Dierks didn’t have a fishing license, and posted the (proof) picture of the fish on his Instagram, they were able to fine him. The Colorado Parks and Wildlife Agency caught up with Dierks in town and stopped him. He ended up in the cop car and paid the fine, $139.50. Luke on the other hand, was able to get away with it since he didn’t post any evidence on social media. Check out Dierks fish.

Day 3 off to a good start @sevenpeaksfest! #living (btw… @lukebryan only caught one and this is my third in 30 mins… not that it’s a competition… totally not… fishing and Seven Peaks is all about community and good vibes… but if it was a competition… I would be crushing him. But it’s not. But if… just saying)
