We though we had dogged a bullet here in West Michigan with a mild start to the longest season in our state…winter. But it seems we spoke WAY too soon because winter has hit with a vengeance. We are expecting 8-12 inches with this latest storm so we figured we’d give you some ideas on how to keep entertained when your snowed in!

I mean what better way to spend a snow day then laying on the couch binging the latest shows! So first on our list is

i know what you’re thinking, that is the last thing you want to do but after you binge watch “Tidying Up with Marie Kondo” you are going to want to organize your whole house. We don’t know if it is he adorable personality or some tidying up magic she casts but everyone who has watched this documentary feels inspired to tidy up their life.

If you’re just too depressed about this weather what better way to break the winter blues than to plan a vaca to somewhere that doesn’t snow!

Plan Your Next Vaca:

Your house will be all tidy after binge watching Marie Kondo so you will either know where all your summer clothes are OR you will have purged everything and will need to get new clothes for your trip anyway!

Narrow it down to the top 3 warm places you would like to go and then spend the snowy day researching and planning! It will give you something to look forward to so you will have a warm light at the end of that dreary cold snowy tunnel!

If you have a vacation in store then you will need to get that winter body in shape! Even though your stuck in the house there are still plenty of ways to get your workout in at home!
